Gault&Millau's review2026
Just a stone's throw from the Hôtel de Ville, Guillaume Le Bozec's table is a real culinary highlight, with plates full of character and identity. The chef, who has worked at the Manoir de la Boulaie and Le Pressoir in Saint-Avé, has perfectly integrated the marine genre, which he skillfully interprets in a decor just as suited to natural, maritime tones. The €31 menu delivers on its promise, with organic egg, parmesan and celery brunoise, pesked du moment, rabbit with grape mustard, cabbage, pistachio cream and cocoa sorbet. Good service by Delphine Dugor.
