Gourmet Restaurant In this quiet corner close to the center of town, a small, unconventional restaurant offers a blind menu in the evening, so you can shop around without worrying about what's on your plate (€50, 10 courses). At lunchtime, the menu is streamlined, with no choice of dishes for €25: kohlrabi remoulade with green onions, egg and fresh cheese with herbs, smoked potato with hay, roasted cauliflower with BBQ sauce, crème brûlée with white asparagus, apple skin, rhubarb, strawberry and hyssop sorbet...
