Chef's Restaurant A sure bet in Dijon's restaurant scene, perfectly positioned on the large rotunda square. Today, it's a well-functioning brasserie with no other ambition than to meet the expectations of its many tourists. Thanks in particular to a wide-ranging menu that combines regional recipes with today's dishes: œufs meurette, asparagus risotto, snails en persillade, veal quasi pot-au-feu, andouillette with veal strawberry, Bresse poultry with cream. A seasonal menu for convenience, desserts of the period and a varied Burgundy cellar.
