The talented chef has transformed the restaurant into a true bistro, offering seasonal dishes with a strong regional flair. The menu thus blends local and French dishes: thin slices of beef tongue, harissa sauce, pickle rémoulade, sage knepfles, grilled tomatoes, and garden herbs; bouchée à la reine with wild mushrooms, green spätzle, and pure-butter puff pastry; and a seasonal fruit tart with vanilla ice cream.
