A place as sumptuous as it is confidential... Almost invisible from the street, the Hôtel Cour du Corbeau nestles in a Renaissance-style architectural ensemble that was one of the oldest hotels in Europe, listed as a Monument Historique in 1930. You enter this unique refuge via a cobbled courtyard that gradually reveals the richness of the skilfully restored site (half-timbered facades, traditional courtyards and carved wooden balconies straight out of the 16th century). The 63 rooms and suites, with their more contemporary furnishings, nevertheless reveal part of the site's history: exposed beams, private gardens, splendid views of Strasbourg cathedral... The hotel does not have a restaurant, but does boast a pretty bar decorated in wood and leather. A member of the MGallery collection, this is a rare address to discover.
