Gourmet Restaurant Just off Place Saint-Étienne, this winstub has stood the test of time, offering traditional dishes in an equally classic setting. The peasant furniture, the small wooden tables and carved chairs, the gingham tablecloths and the wood panelling on the walls are all there. The menu remains unchanged: Alsatian-style snails, smoked ham and bibeleskæs, cordon bleu with munster, roast knuckle of pork with beer and sauerkraut, sauerkraut with five meats, chicken with riesling and spätzles, kougelhopf with gewurztraminer marc.
