Gourmet Restaurant The street is always lively, and tourists flock to it on their way to the cathedral. La Casserole is a familiar landmark that keeps its chef's hat firmly on, with a cuisine based on sincere produce and good craftsmanship: hazelnut beef tartare and Swiss Gruyère emulsion, Bömlo salmon fillet crumbled with red seaweed charlotte and lemon cream, Ventoux pig mignon with celeriac mousseline and violet mustard jus in a good four-course seasonal menu at €63, finishing well with a mirabelle plum and Alsace saffron dessert. Varied menu, two other menus at €89 and €122.
