The appeal is modest, but real: beer brewed on site, in the traditional way, and served with great kindness. To accompany it, this riverside bierstub offers a small, uncomplicated but effective catalog: flammekueche as an aperitif, followed by a few solid specialties, such as braised shank on a bed of sauerkraut, a fairly basic dish with decent meat.
