Gault&Millau's review 2026

A lovely niche that has celebrated (already!) its fifth anniversary, succeeding the delicious Anga when it left Covid. Marina Davilla runs the place with skill and efficiency, in the vein of this type of restaurant that knows its audience: imposed hidden menu, increased by around ten euros each year (currently at €105), no à la carte menu, five services per week, well-referenced suppliers (meat from Fébéo, Côté Fish for peaches, Ome for chocolate...) and an invitation to forget your desires for "let yourself be guided". A celebration, then, for the chef, who can show off her inspirations and talent. Wine pairings cost €50 for five 10cl glasses.
