Chef's Restaurant Marina, the chef, is now alone in the kitchen and has successfully taken over the patisserie from Laetitia. Her elegant, gourmet cuisine combines finesse, flavors and surprises to turn this neighborhood gastro, which is small only in terms of space (no more than 10 covers), into a warm place with a sincere, generous atmosphere, featuring excellent products and carefully chosen wines that stand out from the classics. Brian welcomes diners with his warm Yankee accent, enthusiastically delivering his partner's dishes: salmon in two ways with artichoke hearts and emulsion, scallops with mushroom emulsion, a delicate dish with French toast brioche with samphire, fillet of beef (from Fébéo) and butternut, in a play of textures and flavors, good pre-dessert with orange, white wine granita, red and citrus fruits with kiwi and yuzu sauce before a brilliant chocolate creation (from Ome Chocolat), light and not too sweet. Good baker's bread (Au rythme des pains), carefully prepared appetizers.
