It’s simply too good an opportunity to pass up—to enjoy these historic spaces, so beautifully designed by the Pourcel brothers, who have transformed this private mansion into, above all, a festive gathering place. We appreciate the expertise of a team that’s always on top of its game, and a chef’s bistro menu that’s sure to make your mouth water, thanks to its wide selection, creative recipes, and exquisite presentation: crispy shrimp with vinegared mango as an appetizer, chicken ballottine carpaccio with lime, artichokes, and shrimp croquettes, or red mullet tart with caponata vegetables, monkfish tail and fennel lasagna, or pork pluma with zucchini caviar and smoked chili emulsion, and the Reine-Claude tatin with almond milk espuma and aged plum ice cream… The full set menu at €58 is a bargain given the setting, and the wine list is extensive enough to satisfy every preference.
