Gourmet Restaurant In a quiet corner of the town center, close to Castellane, this long-established restaurant has made a name for itself without worrying about fashions, offering a rather intimate setting for meals that are not devoid of personality, in a spirit of good tradition, in the good old days of enrobages: religieuse à la mousseline citron et écrevisses glaçage bisque, cannellonis de gardiane de taureau sauce foie gras, galet de Villeneuve crémeux caramel à la fleur de sel insert poires confites et marron. Cellar also personal, regional, with a commentary for each wine, and a good, inexpensive selection by the glass.
