Gourmet Restaurant An unassuming yet centrally-located table, whose longevity is an undeniable argument. The chef's hat is long-lasting and solid, and the faithful don't change their habits to taste this cute cuisine that doesn't just line up the products: sweet potato velouté, crispy mullet sweets with leeks, lamb mouse confit à la provençale pommes duchesse, crispy chocolate cigar. As the name suggests, the winery is a fine ambassador for Languedoc vineyards.
