Gourmet Restaurant The decor is sober, one might even say Zen to avoid a cliché, and chef Amélie Young Min mixes Korean and French cultures with dexterity and pertinence: Umami tartare with Korean pear soy sauce and daikon sprouts, bibimbap in a variety of flavors (tofu, beef, salmon...), and a royal platter with dried meat cakes. To accompany your meal, try some local wine, Korean beer, whisky or Japanese rum.
