Gault&Millau's review 2026

New concept, new formula with this Marguerite, which we already like a little, succeeding the 1789. It's simpler and more in tune with the times, a little Lyonnaise, a little canaille, particularly in the €25 à l'ardoise menu, which we really liked: Perigord salad, farmhouse pork ribs with sweet spices, coffee tiramisu. A small toque of encouragement as we wait to try the other specialties: Bobosse pâté en croûte, quenelle lyonnaise from the same supplier, duck confit and farmhouse pig shank.
