Chef's Restaurant Praised in last year's 109 Gault&Millau, this dynamic restaurant offers more than just fresh Vosges air, with its commitment to healthy cooking and well-chosen regional produce. In this beautiful natural setting, where wood is a predominant element, the cuisine moves forward with snails from Romont, heirloom tomatoes, munster white and tagetes, trout from Breuchin and crayfish, meadowsweet zucchini and apricots, guinea fowl from Crêtes du Rupt, black shallots, Vosges shiitakés and potatoes... Mystery menus are created at the chef's whim, from €36 to €61 depending on the number of courses, and desserts are just as interesting, well in season (blackberries and shiso yoghurt, blackcurrant pepper). Good cellar and local beer, the second toque this year.
