Chef's Restaurant It's a great pleasure to meet up in the fresh air of the Vosges, above the lake, in this house of happiness where residents of a day or more always have fond memories. This welcoming bourgeois chalet is all about good manners and good food. It's all about playing the game, indulging in the culture of traditional good taste with the right dishes: rabbit pâté en croûte with foie gras and prunes, Provençal-style roast quail from the Vosges and its ratatouille minute, with plenty of room for gourmet desserts: strawberry puff pastry, chocolate-glazed nougat, hot soufflé with Grand Marnier and Madagascar vanilla. Classic cellar well stocked with Alsace and Burgundy.
