Gourmet Restaurant On the Schlossberg side, the view of the Vosges forest is reassuring, the well-kept chalet decor is pleasant and the cuisine follows suit, in a spirit of family and regional tradition. Christelle Lang's well-crafted, layered menus include pâté en croûte de gibier, a variation on cabbage, duck breast lacquered with soy and four spices, sweet potato purée and brioche perdu cake with apples and Alsace whisky.
