Original Restaurant With its beautiful medieval architecture and solid, classic service for visitors of all nationalities, this historic gem is one of the finest and most noble stops in the Relais&Châteaux region. To fit in with the vaulted salons, stylish bedrooms, canopies, tapestries and arches, there naturally needs to be a certain pomp and circumstance on the plate: François Pelletier has already left, so we'll wait until the new chef has settled in before making a new assessment.
