November promises to be an exceptional month for food lovers, with three four-hand dinners offering rare and memorable culinary experiences. In prestigious settings, three duos of chefs will share their know-how, creativity and sensibility to offer guests original menus, where tradition, modernity and audacity meet. These evenings will be true dialogues, artistic encounters where chefs respond to each other, inspire each other and push back the boundaries of gastronomy. From Alsace to Périgord, by way of Paris, novembre invites you to a true sensory and emotional exploration, in which every dish tells a story, every food and wine pairing is a revelation, and every encounter is a celebration of excellence.

Jean-Georges Klein and Paul Stradner at La Villa René Lalique

This exceptional month of gastronomy begins in the crystal-clear setting of the Villa René Lalique (4 toques), nestled in the heart of the Vosges du Nord. In 2025, the Villa celebrates its tenth anniversary, a decade dedicated to creation, emotion and culinary transmission. To mark this anniversary, a four-hands dinner on Wednesday November 5 will bring together Paul Stradner, the house's current chef, and Jean-Georges Klein, the emblematic figure who shaped the table until 2020. This meeting is a tribute to the Villa's history, and an overture to the future. The two chefs will engage in a dialogue through a menu designed to express the richness of their sensibilities and the complementarity of their approaches. Paul Stradner, faithful to the Villa's contemporary and creative soul, will bring the modernity and precision of his cuisine, while Jean-Georges Klein, with his heritage in Alsatian and French gastronomy, will infuse memory, savoir-faire and inventiveness. Beyond the menu, this evening promises a unique atmosphere, where crystal, light and the majestic setting of the Villa sublimate the culinary experience. Meticulously selected food and wine pairings will extend this gastronomic dialogue, offering perfect harmony at every stage of the meal.

On November 15, Bordeaux will play host to a four-handed dinner at Inima (2 toques), orchestrated by Oxana Cretu, the restaurant's inspired chef, and Nick Honeyman, of Petit Léon in Périgord. This rare encounter promises a subtle alchemy between two strong culinary universes, combining sensitivity, precision and audacity. Oxana Cretu, originally from Moldavia, develops an intimate and poetic cuisine, where each dish reads like a confidence, punctuated by flowers, textures and memories of her childhood on the Codreni farm.
