Remarkable Restaurant French excellence governs this rare and precious meal. The setting, the pomp, the service, all brilliantly orchestrated by Alban Del Monte. The many foreign visitors fly over the country in a single room: forest, lakes and rivers, bluish coasts, vineyards. Each element has its place, each detail has its qualities, allowing visitors to taste the exquisite richness of each dish, as well as the advice of a remarkable sommelier overseeing an opulent cellar. After the spectacular appetizers, the warm guinea fowl pâté with foie gras makes its finest impression, while the crispy blue lobster with celery, girolles and marrow is as seductive as the poularde de Culoiseau with ground ivy, artichoke and snails. In keeping with classic Ducassian perfection, the final baba is a marvel.
