With its brilliant color and lively bubbles, this cuvée ticks all the boxes. Half Pinot Meunier, the nose reveals aromas of greengage and blackberry jelly. The palate is structured, the dosage adjusted and the finish pleasantly saline, just as we sensed on the nose. A champagne that will be enhanced by an autumnal pan-fried vegetable dish.
