Xavier Alexandre
An independent winegrower in Courmas, Xavier Alexandre runs a family vineyard of 7.20 ha, certified HVE3, spread over ten villages in the Marne region, five of which are classified Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims and Grande Vallée de la Marne. The Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes are meticulously selected and harvested at optimum ripeness. The choice of parcel-based vinification with partial malolactic fermentation enables Xavier Alexandre to create champagnes that best express the typicity of each terroir.
