This vintage comes from two parcels vinified separately. It gives off aromas of roasted pineapple, dried apricots and gourmet notes. The palate is surprisingly taut. Freshness and liveliness stretch to a pleasantly salivating finish of citrus zest, to be accompanied by an endive salad.
