Maison Alexandre is based in Courmas, a small village on the Champagne tourist route in the heart of the vineyards, west of the Montagne de Reims. Winegrower from father to son since 1933, Xavier Alexandre now manages a 7-hectare vineyard certified HVE (haute valeur environnementale) and VDC (viticulture durable en Champagne), spread over ten villages, five of which are premier cru. The blends benefit from long ageing in the cellar to best express the typicity of the terroirs from which they come.
