With zero dosage, this blend of three Champagne grape varieties succeeds in combining liveliness, freshness and fruitiness. The nose focuses on white flowers, wisteria and acacia. On the palate, the peachy notes of the nose are revealed and amplified. The finish has a hint of acidity reminiscent of dessert orange, with a long finish of shortbread. Open with toast and artichoke spread.
