The splendid copper color and festive effervescence reveal black cherries on the nose, with a hint of roasted notes. On the palate, it's a success: this rosé is at once vinous, aromatic, remarkably chewy and well-balanced. We can imagine this champagne at a tea party with pink Reims cookies or raspberry tarts.
