Rosés are one of the house's specialties, as it owns numerous vines in Bouzy for blending red wines, including this Vintage Rosé. On opening, the aromas are both intense and delicate, and above all, evolving. Notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry... each turn in the glass opens up the wine. On the palate, it's deliciously fruity without ever becoming too sweet. On the contrary, the mineral structure makes it perfectly drinkable. Superb.
