Here are fruits, flowers, leaves and branches, and here's my heart beating only for you, or when Paul Verlaine inspires Veuve Clicquot. On the palate, refined bubbles accompany a delicate substance, fruity but not too fruity, barely floral, chiselled like antique Calais lace. Not a word higher than the other, like soft music that stays in the head for a long time. The wine is nothing but elegance and aristocracy; high class.
