A "Grande Dame" of elegance and finesse, magnificently bearing its Pinot Noir dominance. The finesse is superlative. Far from overpowering, the wine is delicate and chiseled, with aromas of fresh grapes, white fruit and citrus. On the palate, the structure of Pinot Noir framed, without rounding, a particularly clean and vibrant mouthfeel. Enjoy at table with the best, like a salt-crusted sea bass.
