Pale gold in color, with silvery highlights and a beautiful brilliance that evokes freshness. The nose seems fine and fresh, with aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle, jasmine, broom), citrus fruit, pomelo, bergamot and a hint of brioche and smoke that appears with aeration. On the palate, we love the liveliness and freshness of the citrus and white mint-dominated structure, enlivened by very fine bubbles. A wine for aperitifs, fish starters or vegetable tempura.
