This 100% pinot noir cuvée is historically fermented and aged in oak barrels. The result is a beautifully golden-colored cuvée, with a rich nose of toast, roasted hazelnuts, pralines and a background of yellow stone fruits. Full-bodied on the palate, with roundness and persistent hazelnut flavors. A good balance of acidity is preserved. A racy, stylish wine to accompany dishes with sauce.
