A rosé with a deep, almost clear color, with hints of raspberry and cherry. The nose is inevitably vinous, with 80% Pinot grapes, with aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, blackberry and cherry, more "pâte de fruits" with aeration. Hints of licorice and citrus follow. Supple and fleshy on the attack, the wine awakens in the mid-palate with fine bubbles and a more acidic finish with a blood orange flavor. A very pleasant rosé that would go well with grilled lamb chops, peppermint jus and cherry tomato tatin.
