Served in magnum. A 1998 vintage with a superb nose of coffee, sweet spices, dried fruit, toast and French toast, all in elegance and delicacy. In the same vein, the palate is subtle, expressing flavors of candied fruit, angelica, cinnamon... The tasting closes with a magnificent, taut length. A champagne to drink for its own sake.
