Made from a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a significant proportion of Grand Cru, this fine 2008 cuvée has a nose that's more milky than toasty, with a predominance of white fruit and a hint of pepper. On the palate, the balance is there, as is the length. A fine vintage.
