Fleshy and creamy, the bouquet blends pastry aromas with notes of ripe yellow fruit and sweet spices (vanilla, cardamom). A fullness that carries through to the palate, with a fine, but not excessive, lemony structure. A very precise, pleasant wine, with just the right amount of bitterness on the finish to make you want to try it again.
