This family-run domaine in the Aube region offers a complete, homogeneous range of champagnes. On the Côte des Bar, 25 hectares are planted mainly with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Julien Fourrier produces cuvées balanced between freshness and finesse, with a delicate effervescence, offering - not least of all - excellent value for money.
