This Rosé is made by maceration of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. The onion-skin coloured wine presents a subtle nose with aromas of baked red fruits coulis. On the palate, this cuvée is generous, soft and delicious with notes of raspberry and strawberry liqueur. This delightful Rosé would pair well with strawberry gateau.
