Philippe Fourrier

Champagnes
Gault&Millau's review
This family-run domaine in Baroville, in the Aube region, offers a complete, homogeneous range of champagnes. Nearly 18 hectares on the Côte des Bar are planted mainly with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Fourrier children produce cuvées balanced between freshness and finesse, with a delicate effervescence, offering - not the least of their assets - excellent value for money. In addition to the range of champagnes, several other products are on offer, from fine to ratafia and red coteaux-champenois. The whole range is yours to discover, including on site, as the domaine welcomes visitors by appointment from Monday to Saturday.
