Born of an exceptional year and composed of 100% Pinot Noir, this 2009 offers gourmet pleasures. The nose is open to ripe orchard fruit. Notes of pith, baked apple and frangipane form a farandole of scents. The palate is balanced, homogeneous and generous, with flavors of cake and lemon tart. A great success as an aperitif or with a game pie.
