Hay warmed by the first rays of a summer sun, agrarian notes of fig leaf, and warm aromas of opulent flowers, this is a complex, rich bouquet. The palate is straightforward and chiselled. Between notes of ripe yellow fruit (mirabelle plum, nectarine) and delicate white flowers, this wine is all lace, with total precision. The finish is sustained by fine bubbles and a few salivating bitters.
