This vintage, made entirely from Pinot Noir aged for 7 years, has a complex nose with aromas of red fruits, raspberries and black cherry jelly. A subtle blend of sweet spices, turmeric and candied ginger. The palate is surprisingly powerful, with hints of cocoa beans and fresh minerality. This vintage is the perfect accompaniment to tandoori chicken and saffron rice.
