A blend of the 2016 and 2017 harvests: the winemaker wanted to offer a young wine full of pep and yet very ripe. The pinot blanc unfolds its aromatic framework around white fruits. We would have liked more tension and a little less dosage! Serve as an aperitif with anchovy puff pastry from Collioure.

This family-run domaine in Baroville, in the Aube region, offers a complete, homogeneous range of champagnes. On the Côte des Bar, nearly 25 hectares are planted mainly with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Julien Fourrier produces cuvées balanced between freshness and finesse, with a delicate effervescence, offering - not least of all - excellent value for money. In addition to the range of champagnes, several other products are on offer, from fine to ratafia and red coteaux-champenois. The whole range is yours to discover, including on site, as the domaine welcomes visitors by appointment from Monday to Saturday.
