The salmon color with orange-copper highlights is enlivened by numerous, fine, lively bubbles. The nose is lively and fresh, with aromas of strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries and blackberry jam. On aeration, we found citrus aromas (blood orange) and an exotic connotation. We find all this on the palate, with a material that's finally more airy than we'd expected. On the long finish, stone fruit flavors and a hint of spice are added. The finish is zesty and therefore appetizing. A very, very fine rosé that could be paired with sweetbreads braised with pink grapefruit.
