Moët & Chandon
This is the emblematic, world-famous brand of the LVMH group, with annual production approaching 25 million bottles. the "grande maison", as they say in Champagne, has been in existence for almost three centuries and owns over 1,300 hectares. Benoît Gouez, cellar master since 2005, has made undeniable progress in terms of quality, particularly for the brut "Moët Impérial". To achieve such quality from such a large quantity is a feat to be applauded in a world that often thinks "small is beautiful". A hypermodern HVE-certified winery, named Montaigu in reference to the hillside directly opposite, was inaugurated in Oiry in 2014. To celebrate its 280th anniversary, the company has launched a new collection called "Collection Impériale".
