This attractive rosé has a coppery-salmon color. The bubbles are lively and numerous. Flavors are multi-faceted and complex, ranging from a medley of stewed spicy red fruits to a floral bouquet of peony and old rose. On the palate, the attack is frank and pertinent, with a salutary retro-olfaction. Suggested as an aperitif, with a festive meal, chicken with crayfish or strawberry meringue pie.
