This cuvée comes from a Premier Cru with a blend of predominantly Chardonnay grapes. The nose is ripe, complex and evolving by the second. Notes of ripe fruit (mirabelle plum) mingle with those of cut hay and white flowers. On the palate, the wine appears youthful. Juicy, sapid, tenderly accompanied by extra-fine bubbles. The finish is succulent. The absence of dosage, here again, allows a direct relationship with the wine. Superb, a must-taste.
