We find again what makes the success of the domaine's wines, with a nose of great finesse, lace and essences rather than power. The palate is crystalline, fruity and intense, offering plenty of freshness with, on the finish, a fine sprinkling of the original chalk giving a finely tannic feel. This Shaman seems to us, however, a little behind the times, so we recommend waiting a few months before tasting it.
