A very fine edition of this sulphur-free cuvée, dominated by Pinot Noir, with no dosage after disgorgement. The nose flirts with notes of fresh quince, mirabelle plum and cut flowers, then evolves with each turn in the glass. The palate is structured and ample, with great complexity: the wine is pure, whole and alive. Frank and beautiful finish. A Champagne d'auteur to be enjoyed with authentic dishes.
