A blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for this young gold-colored parcel. The nose, too, is young and fine, with notes of just-pressed grapes and chalky notes punctuated by tea and menthol. All this freshness, delicacy and finesse can be found on the palate. Taut, salivating finish. A superbly distinguished, racy champagne that's ideally non-dosed.
