Bright straw-yellow and lemon color. Nose of pastry (apple and pear crumble, tarte Tatin, apple strudel with aniseed and cinnamon), with freshness. The mousse is smooth, silky and creamy, the bubbles pure and chiselled.all elegance and balance, the palate is sapid with a sensation of moist minerality, ethereal and mysteriously complex. A discreet cuvée, perfectly harmonious and persistent.
