In a salmon with orange glints colour, this beautiful Tosé reveals mixed aromas of red fruits Strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb and grapefruit come through a slightly toasted finish. On the palate, the bubbles are refreshing; the wine is pleasant, mouth-watering, and shows notes of red fruits, citrus fruits with saffron. This is a champagne for a momentous occasion.

This cooperative, founded in 1929, is unique in that it only accepts grapes from the Mailly grand cru (where the chardonnays pinot and the pinots chardonnent), in the heart of the Reims mountains, from some 70 ha. All cuvées are grand cru. The champagnes are generally full-bodied and dense, with excellent definition of fruit. Undoubtedly the best cooperative winery in the region, this house is committed to an interesting parcel-based approach, with some 35 lieux-dits. On-site tastings are available.
