Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
A rare winery dedicated exclusively to a single grand cru, Mailly Grand Cru has been showcasing all the facets of its Mailly-Champagne terroir since 1929. Thirty-five lieux-dits spread across 72 hectares are planted with 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. All the wines, with complementary aromatic and organoleptic qualities, are aged in containers of varying sizes and materials to highlight their individuality. Blending them is a process of subtly harmonizing their diverse expressions. Mailly Grand Cru is the first cooperative in Champagne to have been certified as a B Corp™ in the summer of 2025.
